Important Terms and Conditions

 

Please read our refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policies carefully before purchasing a training package. By making payment, you agree to the following terms:

1. Refund and Withdrawal Policy

  • Package Commitment: Once a training package has been selected and purchased, no refunds or returns will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Voluntary Withdrawal: If a player decides to leave the academy voluntarily, no financial or contractual penalties will be applied; however, the remaining balance of the package will not be refunded.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling due to Force Majeure

  • First Cancellation (Weather or Technical Staff): If a training session has to be suspended due to adverse weather conditions, poor condition of the playing field or by decision of the coach, said session will be rescheduled for another day within the same week.

  • Second Consecutive Cancellation: In the exceptional case that a rescheduled session must be cancelled for a second consecutive time (due to weather or field conditions), the training session will be considered forfeited . In this scenario, the session will not be rescheduled, nor will it be eligible for a refund or credit.
